Following our attendance to the Business Shows Group‘s annual Propery & Business Investment Show (6 November) at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham, we are now in the process of following up with a number of very good leads.

Numbers were up on last year’s event, for both visitors and exhibitors, which gave the show a real sense of momentum.

Whilst we spoke to a number of people who visited our stand who were interested in our services, we also made some very good contacts by simply going around the show and meeting the other exhibitors. The result is that we have meetings with a number of other exhibitors that wouldn’t have happened if I had stayed on our stand all day.

The message is clear: overcome your inertia and go and talk to those who don’t offer the services that you offer. You never know where it might lead.
