In 2015 following a three-way pitch we were appointed to promote and publicise the University of Derby’s new International Policing & Justice Institute.
The 36-month contract involved managing and implementing a press and media relations campaign. We also looked after the institute’s social media platforms and implemented an e-marketing and internal communications strategy.
Our appointment started with a launch event in Kuala Lumpur, which took place in collaboration with the Royal Malaysia Police (who were working with the University of Derby to accredit their policing degrees).
We also supported and promoted a number of high profile events that took place during our appointment, including a modern slavery conference whose guest speakers were the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Derby, the Bishop of Derby and the government’s anti-slavery commissioner.
